The terms governing our premium private chauffeur services in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
Diamond Services provides transport services to private and business clients using passenger vehicles with a driver (VTC), exclusively by prior booking and at a price agreed in advance. To this end, it provides users with an online booking tool on its website www.diamondservices.fr.
These terms and conditions set out the conditions applicable to transport service contracts entered into between Diamond Services and its clients. Any order placed with Diamond Services implies acceptance of the terms of sale below, which form an integral part of the transport contract signed between Diamond Services and its client. Diamond Services may amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time, for any cause or reason.
All bookings must be made by the client or by a duly authorised representative. For each booking, the client must provide the following information:
• Client information: surname, first name, phone number and email address.
• Journey information: pick-up date and time, pick-up and drop-off locations, need for a booster seat, and the flight or train number where applicable.
Online bookings must be made at least 6 hours before the pick-up time. For an earlier departure, the client is invited to contact Diamond Services by phone.
A request made via the online form does not constitute a firm booking: it only becomes final once confirmed by Diamond Services, by email, SMS or phone. Diamond Services reserves the right to decline a request, in particular if no vehicle is available; the client is then informed as soon as possible.
When the price of a journey cannot be calculated online, the request is treated as a quote request: Diamond Services sends the client a fare, and the booking becomes firm once the client has accepted this fare.
Our prices include VAT at 10% on all our services.
The prices quoted include the vehicle, the chauffeur's service, insurance for the passengers carried, fuel, and the mileage and time determined at the time of booking and/or when the contract is concluded, as well as the carriage of the client's luggage within the limits of the vehicle's capacity. The cost of tolls, car parks, parking spaces or entry to any place chosen by the client and/or made necessary for performing a service not initially planned in the journey shall be borne by the client.
The price given is a price per vehicle category (Business, Van, First), regardless of the number of passengers.
The price shown when requesting an online booking is calculated from the information provided by the client (pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, duration, vehicle category). It is either a fixed fare for the journeys concerned, or a fare based on distance, with a minimum charge per vehicle category. This price applies to the confirmed service, unless the information provided proves to be inaccurate or the service is changed.
Please note that all photos shown in our documents and on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Any change to one or more essential elements of a booking results in its cancellation.
Diamond Services will make its best efforts to accommodate any change requested by the client.
Any cancellation of a booking must be notified 24 hours before the start of the service. Otherwise, and for whatever reason, no refund can be made.
Any hourly hire service must be booked in writing, for a minimum of 2 hours. It must be made by the client or by a duly authorised representative. Each booking must state the place where the service is to be performed, the duration, the number of passengers, and the name and contact details of the beneficiary of the service if different from those of the client.
Any cancellation of an hourly hire must be notified 48 hours before the start of the service. Otherwise, and for whatever reason, a fixed, non-deductible penalty equal to the amount initially agreed at the time of booking shall be due.
The service is valid only once; if the client is not present at the meeting point, the service is definitively lost and gives no right to a refund. Any waiting time will be charged at the hourly rate stated in our prices for the category of vehicle booked.
Any change to the journey made by the client during the service that alters the schedule may give rise to additional charges, payable on the spot or at the end of the service.
If the route and/or its duration are changed solely at the request of the person placing the order, the resulting costs shall be borne by that person.
For occasional clients, our services are payable on board the vehicle, by bank card (card terminal) or in cash. No payment is requested when making an online booking request.
For account clients, invoices are payable on receipt by bank transfer.
In all cases, the client who signed the booking is solely responsible for paying for the service.
Diamond Services undertakes to perform, or have performed, the transport services in accordance with the booking details and in compliance with all regulations and legislation in force, within the agreed time and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Diamond Services undertakes to do what is necessary to take the passenger to their destination as quickly as possible and in optimum safety conditions, in accordance with the Highway Code and the laws in force.
Diamond Services cannot under any circumstances be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control: closed roads, bridges closed to traffic, diversions, flooded roads, traffic jams, interventions on the road by the police, customs or fire services, etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
Diamond Services cannot under any circumstances be held liable for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, attacks, riots, etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
Diamond Services cannot under any circumstances be held liable for delays resulting directly from a client's initial lateness, or from the need to complete a journey, at the client's request, within a clearly insufficient time.
If the vehicle is immobilised during the journey due to a mechanical failure, an accident or damage (theft, vandalism), Diamond Services will endeavour to ensure the journey continues, either with one of its own vehicles or with a vehicle chartered from another company, and undertakes to inform the person who placed the order.
Diamond Services is insured by a reputable, solvent insurance company covering the risks associated with its business in accordance with the regulations in force. Where it subcontracts, Diamond Services ensures that the persons and companies it uses meet the same conditions.

• Compliance with the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat, etc.);
• No smoking and no carriage of dangerous substances;
• Respect for the chauffeur's vehicle;
• Respect for any other passengers who may share the vehicle and the chauffeur with you (overly personal questions, discreet use of the phone, inappropriate language or gestures, discrimination…).
Failure to comply with these provisions engages the sole liability of the client and the passengers towards both Diamond Services and third parties. In the event of damage to the equipment or vehicle attributable to the client or the passengers accompanying them, the client shall be fully liable and must reimburse Diamond Services and/or the chauffeur for the cost of repairing the damaged vehicle or equipment.
Diamond Services reserves the right to refuse to pick up, or to set down, a passenger who does not comply with these obligations, and to close the client's account.
Passengers are solely responsible for the items and luggage in their care. Diamond Services cannot be held liable for items left behind in the vehicle.
Diamond Services undertakes to respect the privacy of its clients. Personal information and other data provided will not be used for any purpose other than performing the requested service and improving the service provided, and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.
